Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team. A Construction Estimator plays a crucial role in the construction industry by calculating costs associated with building projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Review proposal specifications and drawings to determine scope of work.
  • Determine cost of materials, equipment, and labor for projects and prepare estimates by calculating complete takeoff.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings and conduct site visits to gather information as needed.
  • Improve current estimating department by implementing new tools and processes.
  • Develop relationships with vendors and customers.
  • Assist in change order pricing as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in blueprint reading.
  • Skilled in Microsoft office, Adobe, and other applicable computer programs such as Bluebeam and PlanSwift.
